Services
2.1. Govira provides digital marketing, branding, design, development, and related professional services directly to clients. We do not operate as a marketplace or intermediary for third-party vendors.
2.2. The scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables of services will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to project commencement.
2.3. Govira reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or offering at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
3.1. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery.
3.3. Govira shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information, delayed approvals, or lack of cooperation from the client.
Payments & Refund Policy
4.1. If a partial payment has been made and cancellation is requested within 48 hours, a full refund may be issued.
4.2. If cancellation occurs after 48 hours, a partial refund may be provided based on work completed and resources utilized.
4.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days from project initiation.
4.4. If the client is dissatisfied with the deliverables, Govira will make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. No monetary refunds will be provided after service delivery has commenced.
All refund decisions are subject to Govira’s discretion.
Pricing
5.1. Prices for services are communicated prior to engagement and may change without notice.
5.2. Govira does not guarantee the lowest pricing in the market and shall not be liable for price differences elsewhere.
5.3. In case of any pricing error, Govira reserves the right to cancel or revise the engagement and refund any amount paid.
Payments & Security
6.1. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Govira does not store or process credit/debit card details.
6.2. Govira is not responsible for unauthorized transactions arising from third-party payment platforms.
Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, materials, designs, strategies, and deliverables created by Govira remain the intellectual property of Govira until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. Govira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or services.
8.2. Govira’s maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
10.1. Govira reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
